The MT Way
Montgomery Transport's securement practice is to use the 2-5-8 Rule when securing loads. It's the Montgomery Way. The 2-5-8 Rule involves placing 2 straps within the first 5 feet of the load and a strap every 8 feet in between.

Pay 4 Performance
Montgomery Transport drivers are eligible to participate in the Pay 4 Performance incentive program. Drivers are given a score out of 5 stars for each load they deliver. The rating is based upon safety, utilization, MPG and on-time delivery.
Drivers are eligible to earn up to
$600 per period
$7,800 per year
