In fact, existing drivers can earn $10,000 for referring a new driver to Montgomery Transport. The referring driver will earn $1,500 after the recruit delivers the first load, $1,000 after the recruit’s first 30 days of work, $1,000 after the recruit’s first 90 days of work, and $6,500 split into equal payments of $270.83 for 24 months.”
