$.03 CPM Pay Increase

We are thrilled to announce that we matched the largest pay increase in company history! Our base pay was increased by .03 cpm for our OTR drivers effective March 1st, 2022.  We are also raised the top of our pay scale by .02 cpm, bringing our esteemed tenured drivers’ pay to .60 cpm.


New Path to Success Pay

Earn $5,000 in the first 120 days + mileage pay!

STANDARD QUALIFIED DRIVERS
Week 1 - $1,500
Week 2 - $1,500
90 Days - $1,000
120 Days - $1,000

EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM
Week 1 - $1,300
Week 2 - Up to $1,300
90 Days - $500
120 Days - $500


Weekly Minimum Pay Update

As of January 2022, MT drivers are eligible for our Weekly Minimum Pay after 30 days!

  • $1,200 for drivers with 30 days - 2 years at MT
  • $1,300 for drivers with 2 years or more at MT

Updated $10,000 Referral Bonus

Now paid out faster with $3,500 in the first 90 days, with remainder paid in 24 months!

  • $1,500 after recruit delivers first load
  • $1,000 after recruit’s first 30 days
  • $1,000 after recruit’s first 90 days
  • $6,500 split into equal payments of $270.83 for 24 months

Tarp Pay Increase

We are proud to announce an increase in tarp pay!

  • Legal standard loads : $35 ➡ $50
  • OD loads: $50 ➡ $60

Vacation Pay Update

Drivers will now be eligible for vacation pay after 6 months instead of 1 year!


Breakdown Pay Increase

We are extremely fortunate to have made considerable investments in our equipment, allowing us to have one of the company's youngest fleets since its inception. This allows our drivers to have more uptime with fewer maintenance issues; nevertheless, we anticipate that global supply chain constraints will continue to be a challenge in 2022, potentially causing maintenance delays due to a lack of supply and a shortage of skilled technicians. We increased breakdown pay from $100 to $150 per day due to these potential limitations.
